Volunteer Fair, Wed., Jan. 21, 4-7 p.m., Cheel Commons
Clarkson University will host a volunteer fair to help expose students seeking opportunities to volunteer to local non-profit agencies with a variety of missions. Approximately 20 local organizations have been invited to Cheel Commons on Wednesday, January 21, from 4-7 p.m.
Participating organizations include the Canton-Potsdam Hospital, the Potsdam Humane Society and the American Red Cross of northern New York. In addition, Clarkson’s philanthropic student groups will have tables at the fair as they seek to recruit new members. Music and appetizers will contribute to the fair atmosphere. If your organization is interested in being represented at the fair to recruit prospective volunteers, please contact Paula Wilmot at pwilmot@clarkson.edu or 315-268-6680.
