It is always a great time to be a Golden Knight. No matter what the season or goings on around the world, things are happening here at the campus of Clarkson University!
Clarkson is also garnering national attention, recently moving up 30 spots in the Washington Monthly Annual College Guide. Clarkson was ranked 70th overall and fifth out of 242 universities for the percentage of its students serving in the Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC).
On the research front, the U.S. Department of Education awarded Clarkson a Ronald E. McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement grant totaling $1.1 million over five years. The grant will help continue the McNair Post-baccalaureate Achievement Program to increase the attainment of Ph.D. degrees by underrepresented student groups in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
